DO NOT MISS SheROCKS in DC & NY!
Afrobeat Fit is the movement of the diaspora and hosts inclusive mobile Sweat Sessions where music and movement derive from West Africa. Sweat Sessions vary from college takeovers, to conferences, corporate, and community sweats. Sweat Sessions come stocked with Sweat Coaches to guide the sweat, live DJ’s, photo booth fun, giveaways and lastly a sense of solidarity amongst globally scattered nations, while changing social narratives about dance (i.e masculinity and dance).
Since 2016, Afrobeat Fit has hosted over 200 Sweat Sessions in various metro cities in the United States and Panama! Our most notable clients include Gillette Headquarters, Harvard University, Black Health Matters Conference, and UConn. You may also find the sweat on Airbnb Experiences and Classpass.
